Can Rabbits eat Carnations?

Carnations are also known as clove pink and is a species of dianthus. It is native to the Mediterranean region but it is cultivated extensively all over the world. It is a herbaceous perennial plant that grows up to 80cm tall. They have Glaucomys greyish green or blue green leaves and have flowers that are produced singly or up to five together in a cyme, they are cultivated in colours of red, white, yellow, and green.

So can rabbits eat carnations at all?

Unfortunately they can’t eat them at all. In fact they are poisonous for rabbits and will harm them if they are eaten. So steer well clear of carnations as far as your bunny is concerned.
