So can rabbits eat dog biscuits at all?

Unfortunately they cant eat dog biscuits. Althought they are typically made of protein, carbohydrates, fat, and fiber they also contain meat and vegetable extracts which are bad for rabbits and they will not like them.

They may nibble at them but they shouldn’t be fed directly to them as they are made specifically for the diet of dogs.
