RSPCA West Suffolk – Based in Bury St Edmunds, they are part of the RSPCA network. They often have a number of rescued rabbits available for rehoming.
Suffolk & Essex Small Animal Welfare (SESAW) – Based in Leavenheath, A wide variety of animals passes through our doors from local vets, members of the public and social services. Many are abandoned, some are the victims of road accidents, most of them are looking for a new home, all are in need of care.
Suffolk Animal Rescue – Based in Debenham, Stowmarket, Suffolk Animal Rescue’s ethos is to help ANY dogs that need help regardless of whether or not they are ‘easy’ breeds or types to rehome.
Odies warren for rabbits – Based in Sudbury, they are a retreat for rabbits who need a home for one reason or another.
RSPCA Suffolk East and Ipswich Branch – Based in Martlesham, Woodbridge, This centre is licensed by the national RSPCA but is self supporting, owned and run by RSPCA Suffolk East and Ipswich Branch, which is a separate registered charity. We receive no funding from either the national RSPCA, the government or the national lottery. We are entirely dependent on public support to continue our work both now and in the future.
Thumpers Rabbit Rescue – Based in Ipswich, Thumpers Rabbit Rescue is a small but dedicated sanctuary run for the welfare & re-homing of unwanted rabbits.
